Gabriella Pronin
Director of Practice Operations
Gabriella Pronin serves as the Director of Practice Operations at Sinar Treatments and is an integral part of the practice. At Sinar Treatments, she manages the daily flow of the practice and works closely with every Sinar patient to ensure a smooth, personalized experience from their first interaction throughout the entirety of their care. Her responsibilities include providing high level concierge patient care, coordinating patient flow, managing scheduling and follow-ups, completing insurance verifications, and supporting the day to day administrative needs of the practice. She takes pride in making sure every detail is handled so that patients feel welcomed, supported, and well taken care of throughout their time at Sinar.
Before joining Sinar, Gabriella worked as an Operations Manager at a Manhattan aesthetics practice, where she gained extensive experience in the aesthetics and wellness space. Her role gave her a strong understanding of patient experience, practice operations, and the level of attention and service expected in a high touch healthcare environment. She also brings hands on healthcare experience from her previous work as a Home Health Aide, which shaped her approach to patient care, communication, and building meaningful relationships with patients.
Gabriella is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Brooklyn College. Her education has given her a strong foundation in understanding people, communication, and organizational management, all of which she brings into her role at Sinar. Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys traveling with friends, reading novels, and playing mahjong.
Justin Mayfield
Director of Digital Strategy
Justin Mayfield serves as the Director of Digital Strategy at Sinar Treatments. He builds and runs the digital side of the practice — the website, online booking, the AI phone receptionist, and the billing and patient-communication systems — so the technology stays invisible and the patient experience stays personal.
Justin is the founder of AI Scan Solutions, where he helps medical practices modernize how patients find and reach them. At Sinar, his focus is simple: make every digital touchpoint as considered as the care itself.
